At Microsoft I built backend systems and MLOps for the Microsoft feed service, which served personalized content to over 140 million monthly users. That meant production recommender systems where a 50ms regression is a Sev-2 and an offline metric you can't reproduce online is a career hazard. I care about recommender quality, ranking infrastructure, and the unglamorous plumbing that keeps ML alive in production.

I've led backend and cloud infrastructure for an early-stage greentech (AION's plastic-waste traceability platform) and contributed senior IC work inside two of Europe's largest payment companies. I'm most useful on systems that have to be correct, observable, and fast — and on teams that need someone willing to own the boring parts of the stack so the interesting parts can move.
